Hi, I'm Katica ("Katizza").

Understanding my background before reaching out is most likely important to you. And it's important to me as well.

Here's a brief overview of who I am:

I am a scientist with a Ph.D. in chemistry who turned into a data analyst, helping heart-centered female entrepreneurs translate dreary spreadsheets into beautiful dashboards.

My clients launch virtual events several times a year, and I assist them and their VA or OBM in tracking and analyzing the data from those events, like workshops, challenges, etc.

They get tracking sheets and dashboards to see trends from previous virtual events to the present, allowing them to see at a glance what can be improved for the next virtual event in order to enroll more clients in their programs and maximize ROI.

Over the years of working in academia, doing my Ph.D., and working in companies, I’ve developed a talent for analyzing data and have cultivated the skill of presenting complicated information in a digestible way.

I have been a major consumer of online courses, memberships, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching programs. As a result, I am acquainted with the online coaching industry.

When I’m not supporting female entrepreneurs, I like to go hiking, read every book twice, and clean the house. I enjoy learning and have a passion for data visualization and information design. I'll be candid: I'm a nerd.
